We are serious about good BBQ. Check out our rig shown here. This custom-built trailer is set up with propane burners and a Santa Maria grill which makes it perfect for off and on-site catering. All aspects of a proper BBQ experience were taken into account when creating this setup. We use only the finest woods and charcoal to get the perfect flavor for you to enjoy!
